Game features: 4 Decks of 52 cards, a dealer and the magic total of 21. There’s also a hard hand (one without aces) and a soft hand (one with at least one ace).
Play begins when you place a bet. So, click one of your chips and place it in the playing field on the designated hand that you would like to play. Players are allowed to place bets on an absolute maximum of three hands only. As soon as your betting is done, go ahead and click deal.
Every hand will be dealt two open cards. The dealer/bank gets one open card and one closed card. You are now going to choose between hit (take another card), stand (not receive any more cards), split (split a pair into 2 hands), double down (double your bet) or take insurance (if the dealer has an Ace). Not to worry, we go into more detail on these below. To make your selection, click the button that corresponds with your choice on the screen.
Following this choice, you will soon see the result of the round and if you have won, your winnings will be added to your credit total. You are then free to play another round with the same bet or a new one.
In this game, you only play against the computer/dealer. Do note that there is a Natural Blackjack (when you get a 10 point card and an Ace). This will always beat any hand of 21 points. Should there be a tie (also called a push), you will get your money back.
The dealer is also required to have a hand of 17 or higher. If they have anything lower, they have to draw another card until it’s 17 or more.
The minimum bet for this popular table game is 1 euro. On the flip side, the maximum bet is 40 euros per each round of play. Players are able to choose between a total of three varied kinds of chips. These are 1, 5 and 10 euro amounts. You may bet with combinations of these.
If your hand consists of a pair, you can split them. This doesn’t apply to Aces, though. Splitting doubles your initial bet. You can then add cards to the spilt hands. These are played one by one. If you get an Ace, there is no natural Blackjack.
If the visible card of the dealer is an Ace, you get the option to take insurance. This will cost you half of the original bet. If the dealer gets a Blackjack, you’ll be paid 2:1. If they don’t have one, you’ll lose insurance.
After viewing your first two cards, you may double your bet to increase your chances of greater profits. After a Double Down, you get one more card for your hand. You can also Double Down after you have chosen a Split.
Viewing the pay table in this game has never been easier. All you need to do is move your mouse over the MIN/MAX sign located on your screen. This will make it visible to you. Please note that this game pays 3:2, a win after insurance pays 2:1 and all other wins will pay 1:1.
Customising your game settings is a great way to create your own gaming experience. You’ll find three icons at the bottom of your screen. These will let you turn the sound on or off. You can also open up a help screen for additional assistance. Then, you can adjust more things like sound effects, background music, speed and game history. Please note that history can’t be viewed in practice games.
